indoor environmental quality. These are good subjects for discussion at early stage
design charrettes and often yield impressive results when the entire team tackles them

PLATINUM PROJECT PROFILE
Banner Bank, Boise, Idaho
A 195,000-square-foot, 11-story Art Deco building in downtown Boise, the
Banner Bank is a commercial Core and Shell office building. The total project cost
was $25 million or $128 per square foot. The reduced operating costs are esti-
mated to increase the value of the building by $1.47 million with a 32.4 percent
