Configuring the SitePlayer Telnet is easier than the original SitePlayer because no tiny website
needs to be built, compiled, and uploaded to the SitePlayer. The serial port parameters do need
to be specified, however, to be compatible with the Roomba. Figure 11-10 shows the SPT
serial configuration page with the parameters set correctly. Set the parameters to match and
click Set Parameters.
If you’re concerned about other people changing settings on your SitePlayer, you can change
the username and password to something secret on the Security tab.
