28 High Fill Pressure

High fill pressure can lead to other additional problems including a pressure
limited molding process. If a molding process is pressure limited in a molding
machine the machine will not be capable of maintaining consistent fill velocities. If
a process has been running and the fill pressure suddenly increases investigation
into the root cause should be undertaken.
