64   It’s Not a Glass Ceiling, It’s a Sticky Floor



           to reflect the change in your life and pretty soon, getting it “right” will
           become easier because you will create a “habit” of focusing on what’s
           most important to you.
              But keep in mind that changing your work-life balance is like
           starting a new diet. You’ll fall back into old habits and you’ll have a
           day when you don’t accomplish one thing that’s really important to
           you. Be accountable to yourself, but also forgiving. Tomorrow is
           always another day.
              And last but not least, when you see progress and feel yourself
           finding that balance, don’t forget to celebrate small successes along
           with the big ones!
