About the Author
Jay Arthur, The KnowWare Man, works with companies that want

graduating with a B.S. in systems engineering, Jay spent 21 years in
the telephone company developing software in every environment
from mainframes to minicomputers to microcomputers. He became
a quality improvement evangelist in 1990 using Florida Power and
