Boeing’s C-17 tail cone team improved safety and reduced time per aircraft

The Naval Surface Warfare Center in Indian Head, Maryland, used Six Sigma
to save over $4 million in 2005 and $3.6 million in 2006.
Chevron used Six Sigma to save $200 million worldwide in 2007. The aver-
