Overtness About Task

                  because they’re out there doesn’t mean you’ll be able to engage them
                  in the pursuit of your goals.
                    As Figure 2.2 shows, your answers to all three questions would
                  ideally be affi rmative: you know exactly what you need, all resources
                  are available, and you have control over them. Reality is rarely so
                  kind. Most likely, you know most of what you need, the majority of
                  what you need is available, and some of what’s available is under your
                  control.
                    That’s why this type of overtness is important. If what you need is
                  not well defi ned, then you need to return to your summary outputs
                  and seek answers there. If what you need is not available, awareness
                  of that problem will cause you to pursue alternatives or adjust your
