                              Circadian Rhythm Revisited
                              Circadian is from the Latin word circa, meaning about, and
                              dies, meaning day. The structure in our bodies that serves as
                              our biological clock is called the  supra chiasmatic nucleus
                              (SCN). See Figure 6-1.
