0 Read II x JJ * KK pressures (one for each block).
KPI 1 Equilibrium pressure initialization. Requires pressures and
depths at the OWC and GOC.

II x JJ x KK water saturations. Gas saturations will be
KSI calculated by the program.
1 Gravity segregated oil, water and gas saturation initializa-
tion.
