: “I currently sit on a committee dedicated to enhancing the customer
experience which gives me exposure to junior and senior players in
other departments (which is great as it helps me grow and under-
stand more of the big picture within the company as a whole).”
: “Excellent workplace from the standpoint of development—I and
my coworkers are allowed to develop at our own pace, and our
              workloads are adjusted accordingly.”
: “I commute, and I know I could get a boring job a lot closer to
home, but instead I bought a better car for the daily drive. I’m not
              leaving!
: “Phenomenal place to work. The company values employees as
individuals and is exceptionally committed to developing our
              strengths.”
: “The thing that separates us in my mind is the level of empower-
ment the company gives to every employee in building the business
and setting the direction of the company. If an employee wants to
do a different type of work than the company currently does, all
they have to do is make a case to the company management that
shows how that different type of work will be beneficial to the
company. If the employee can make that argument, the company
will not just allow that employee the opportunity to pursue that
type of work, but executives and other experienced employees will
give their personal attention to support the employee’s pursuit.”
: “The reason I stay is that I like what I do most of the time.”
: “I’ve worked a number of places, and this is the first that I feel truly
cares about my professional growth and individual well-being.”
: “I have worked at the company for just over a year and I have
learned more than in college or graduate school. As a young person
in the company, the management really takes you under their wing
and they place a lot of trust and responsibility in you. They take
a risk by giving you a lot of responsibility. They realize that the
best way to learn is through challenges. The company is extremely
focused on the development of their young staff. I love my job and I
have grown to be extremely confident in my career. I have no plans
to leave because I really feel that it is the best place for me.”
