We hope that health care in the United States will continue to
change in ways, we hope, that both provide better services at a rea-
sonable cost to consumers and offer health-care providers fair pay.
Whatever approach ends up being adopted, let us create a health-care
system where we support employees to take greater responsibility for
their own health, making the right and fair investments as employers
that are in our best interest to do so and provide meaningful conse-
quences if they don’t.
