Retention Strategy

Tretention strategy will be. Conversely, the cloudier your
goals, the more obstacles you’re likely to encounter trying to
achieve them. In this chapter, we’ll learn how to set achievable
retention goals through four steps:
1. Identify the employees you want to retain.
2. Clarify why you want to retain them.
3. Discover what you need to do to retain them.
4. Use all of the above to set clear, measurable goals for
your retention strategy.
