              interviewer.
                  As a practice exercise, read the list of features from Exhibit
              1-1 and try to write a corresponding benefit for each. See
              Exhibit 1-2.




              Exhibit 1-2 PRACTICE WORKSHEET: TRANSLATING
                          FEATURES INTO BENEFITS

              Read the following list of features from the Worksheet in
              Exhibit 1-1 and write a corresponding benefit for each. There
              is no one right answer; a single feature can and usually does
              have more than one benefit. The point of this exercise is to
              begin thinking in terms of benefits. (The first one has been
              completed for you as an example.)
              Feature: This automobile has heated seats.

               Benefit: Heated seats warm you up fast on a cold winter day.


              Feature: This copier makes 30 clean copies in one minute.
