◆ Knack or technique
Key points are essential to the successful completion of the work and must
be considered carefully. In most cases they are developed based on past experi-
ence of problem areas and the correct method to perform the work in order to
prevent the problem. In developing key points for new jobs or processes it is
important to evaluate the work and attempt to assess potential problem areas. As
the new job or process is actually performed, additional key points may be
developed based on results.
