        they realize or that people would feel better about doing
        once they knew they had been heard and their suggestions
        considered. Of course a leader should be clear about what
        must be done to deliver results, compete in the marketplace,
        and fairly distribute rewards. But engaging employees in

        most. This is abundance at work.
