set-up the same on the on-premise data center. Because of their large-
scale operations, it can be reasoned that large enterprises may obtain the
same economies of scale provided by cloud offerings; however the cloud
offering may be spread across heterogeneous customers, whereas for a
large enterprise, the sharing is across the different divisions and depart-
ments of the enterprise.
