Technology Transfer Network (http://www.epa.gov/ttn/chief/ap42/index.html).
Chapter 2, Solid Waste Disposal, contains a section on combustion of WWTP solids.
Emission factors for both multiple-hearth and fluid bed incinerators are provided.
The RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC) is a database that contains emission
limitations from across the country (http://cfpub.epa.gov/rblc/htm/bl02.cfm).
The database can be searched for emission limitations that have been adopted
for WWTPs.
