LEADING WITH

PURPOSE

I know that you’ve thought about purpose in terms of a
project at work or the reason for holding a meeting, but
have you really thought about the purpose of your life? It’s a
very interesting thing to do. However, it’s not easy. We are
so busy getting through our day-to-day activities that few
of us have time to consider anything much past the next
hour or the next day. But, if you think about your life as a
journey, don’t you want to know what your destination is?
Wouldn’t knowing this make the trip more interesting?
Wouldn’t it help you choose the best route, help you get over
the bumps in the road along the way, and possibly even keep
you going when you get tired or frustrated or disappointed?
