To keep purpose alive in your organizations, consider
having staff meetings or retreats where people can join in
discussions concerning the company’s values and princi-
ples. It is also helpful to engage the company’s leaders and
managers in the orientation programs for new employees,
so that they can speak about the values, credos, and mission
of the organization. While it is good for new employees to
know this information, it’s equally beneficial for existing
staff members to be reminded of it.
