There are many changes and major shifts going on in
our world, country, and organizations today. The complex-
ities in our environment are causing business leaders to
question what the future will hold, what the “new normal”
will actually look like. It’s my belief that we are not there
yet and that it will be some time before we are able to
determine that new equilibrium. Regardless of whether
you are at the top of your organization, leading a team, or
volunteering in your community, you are sure to be chal-
lenged and to experience difficult circumstances. It’s just a
fact of life. And when this happens, you will have a choice
