5.4 MEASUREMENT DATA AND PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Fig. 1.36 shows the IeV characteristics of a solar module consisting of n e ¼ 36,

n s ¼ 6 array solar cells of 2 cm 2 cm measured at AM ¼ 100 mW/cm at two
different temperatures.
It is clear from this figure, that the shape of the IeV curve of the array is similar
to that of a single solar cell as predicted by the previous analysis of the module
