                      M perchloric acid and 0.1 mL MeOH added to aliquot and transferred to electrochemical cell and diluted to 10 mL with water. Stirred for 60 s after 2 s pause, a linear potential scan taken from 1–1300 mV at the glass carbon electrode (vs Ag–AgCl) with scan rate of 75 mV/s.
