                  happened;  to  say  that  it  has  happened  before;  or  that  it  has  never
                  happened;  or  not  since  a  certain  date;  or  not  fora  certain  period;  to  ask
                  if  it  has  happened  yet  or  to  say  that  it  has  happened  already.
