                      environment.
                          Here are some ways to creating a rejuvenated global feeling
                      for your employees:

                          • Connect workers to a bigger purpose. No matter how far
                             away they may be, help your employees see the big pic-

                             ture of their efforts. Connect people to a greater purpose
                             by explaining regularly the value of what they contribute
                             to the entire organization’s winning strategy. That will help
                             give them context for thinking more strategically about
                             their individual jobs—even for employees in the most

                             remote areas of the world.
                          • Infuse enthusiasm in distant locations of your company.
                             You don’t have to be on site to infuse enthusiasm and an
                             upbeat attitude in your global workers. Communicate fre-
