               Since our initial meeting, I have made slight modifi-
             cations to the model to serve my own leadership needs.

             Even so, Dr. Jones discovered a model that is simple to
             grasp, universal in application, and strikingly accurate.
               The model begins with a vision of who you are and

             a mission of what you want to achieve; this is true of
             all meaningful endeavors, personal and professional.
             In culture-driven, people-centered organizations, val-
             ues serve as a litmus test for a leader’s vision. If the
             vision violates or compromises those values, failure is

             likely. On the other hand, if the vision is aligned with
             the values, success is likely because goals and strate-
