A franchise has the same location and equipment needs as a company store.
We will provide a facility guideline to a franchisee so they can find and rent
suitable space. Continental-Girbau has already indicated their likely support of $1
mm in franchise-assignable financing.
5.5 Staffing plan
Excluding hourly staff, Lazybones company stores will employ eight location
managers and one call center manager. Lazybones HQ will reorganize itself
to change from managing locations to servicing franchise customers. The
Lazybones HQ staff will consist of executive managers and a single administrative
assistant until the company opens its first franchises. Additional staff will be
