Conclusion: The Leadership

                         Foursome—Confidence,

                        Craftsmanship, Constant

                  Communication, and Coworker

                                 Collaboration

AS A LEADER—AS A CEO—YOU HAVE THE KEYS TO THE CAR; you’re the
designated driver—of your team, your company, your career, and your
life. Remember the feeling of getting the keys for the first time to the
family car as a teen? Well, you get that same feeling every day.

When I go to work, it’s like I’m going to play my favorite game every
day. . . . Business travel to me is like the field trips we used to go on
                  when we were kids.

As your parents emphasized then—and the boss today—you are
responsible. You make the decisions on what to do, when, by whom, and
how. Your fingerprints are all over everything—and that’s exciting.

You get to identify the hill, get the troops fired up to get up the hill,
and declare victory at the top of the hill. The only problem is making
                  sure it’s the right hill.
