           Tership because it changed the very nature of work,
           but most people have failed to make corresponding
           adjustments in the way they attempt to lead. They’re
           ignoring the cognitive factors that now contribute most

           to high performance.


           Top executives know intuitively that deep strengths carry
           tremendous influence over an organization’s ability to

           perform. That’s a good sign, but it’s time to actually do
