INVISIBLE ASSETS
Over the years deep strengths have grown in importance
because the nature of work has dramatically changed. It’s
probably safe to say that today’s knowledge work is 90 per-
cent cognitive, that is, mental and emotional, while a mere
10 percent is physical.
