Shift + F1 Displays the What's This? question mark.
F7 Runs the spell checker.
F10 Activates the Menu bar (use arrow keys to move along menu).
Shift + F10 Opens a context menu containing options related to the current worksheet
selection. This is the same as clicking the right mouse button.
F9 Calculates all worksheets in all open workbooks.
Ctrl + F9 Minimizes the workbook.
Ctrl + F10 Restores or maximizes the workbook.
Ctrl + P Opens the Print dialog box.
Ctrl + Shift + F12 Opens the Print dialog box (same as Ctrl + P).
Alt + F8 Displays the Macro dialog box.
Alt + F11 Displays the Visual Basic Editor.

Alt + L Displays the PivotTable Field dialog box.
Alt + Down Arrow Displays a drop-down list for the selected field.
Ctrl + Shift + * Selects the entire PivotTable report.
Alt + Shift + Left Arrow Groups the selected items.
Alt + Shift + Right Arrow Ungroups the selected items.
