                                     3. Copy the formula down to the cell range D4:D7.
                                     4. Copy the times calculated in the cell range D3:D4 and then paste their fractional
                                         values in the range E3:E7.
                                         To copy only the values from a cell range, paste them into place using the Values
                                         option in the Paste Special dialog box (Edit➪Paste Special).
                                     5. In cell B10, use the TIMEVALUE function to convert the text entry in cell A10 to a
                                         bona fide time.
                                     6. Format the result in this cell with the 13:30:55 time format and then copy this for-
                                         mula down to the cell range B11:B14.
                                     7. Check your answers against those shown in Time Formulas sheet in the
                                         Solved7-4.xls workbook file in your Chapter 7 folder inside the My Practice
                                         Spreadsheets folder or on your Excel Workbook CD-ROM. When everything
                                         checks out, save your workbook in the Chapter 7 folder with the filename
                                         Solved7-4-mine.xls.
