Listening Against and Making Assumptions and Judgments
• Do you feel that I listen against you?
• Do you feel that I judge you and make assumptions?
• What do I need to clean up? How can I take accountability?
Withholding Emotional Commitment
• Do you feel that I talk straight?
• Do you feel that I withhold my commitment and support?
• Do you feel as if I am talking straight with you right now?
What do I need to correct?
• What do I need to clean up?
Conspiring Against
• Do you feel that I have conspired against you or undermined
you in any way? What do I need to clean up?
• Have we conspired against each other? How has this impacted
others?
• What do we need to clean up with each other? Whom do we
need to include in our clean up to end our conspiring against
