Click on the Sketch Mode icon. Mouse over the y-z plane in the Graphics
Window, and click to highlight the selection. This will change the sketch plane
to the y-z plane.
Right-click anywhere in the Graphics Window, and select View and Right in the
context menu. Click on the Circle icon, and draw a circle with a diameter of
6mm and centered 60mm vertically above the origin.
