Step 6: Create the Three-Part Assembly
To create the assembly, the solid geometry needs to be split into three parts. Click
on the Split Body icon. In the Graphics Window, click on the solid part to
highlight the selection as the target object. Click on the cylindrical surface
(highlighted in yellow) to use as a cutter plane.
The solid part will be split into two parts as shown below. Right-click on the first
Solid and rename the part as Pin in the Structure Tree.
