measures. The project serves up to 3000 people per day* and treats, then recycles all
of the building sewage with an onsite treatment plant. Overall, the project expects to
save 60 percent of the energy use of a conventional building and about 56 percent of
the water use. It was built for a reported one percent net cost premium over a con-
ventional building.
