A large variety of high-ply cutting systems are available. Their power level is
determined by the maximum thickness of the compressed material to be cut – 50,
70, and 120 mm. High-ply cutters are working in lower speed and accuracy than the
single-ply cutters. They are used for processing high-volume, comparatively low-cost
goods such as garments and upholstery where a very high degree of accuracy is not
required.
