The 3D TRASAR Technologyfor Sugar unit consists of a 3DTRASAR
controller, sugarfluorometerwithself-cleaningfeature, sampling conditioning
system, pH and conductivity monitoring module, and wireless gateway. The
controller is the central component in the 3D TRASAR Technology for
Sugar that defines and controls system parameters. It is set up and managed
by interfacing (locally or remotely) with 3D TRASAR Configurator software.
The solid-state fluorometer measures the natural fluorescence in sugar juice.
