ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Edward Betof, Ed.D., is an executive coach, an Aresty Institute Fellow at the
University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Executive Education, a faculty member
at the Institute for Management Studies, and the executive director of the Cor-
porate University Xchange’s Leaders as Teachers Institute. Ed is the author of
Leaders as Teachers.
Nila Betof, Ph.D., is the chief operating officer of and a senior executive coach
at The Leader’s Edge, an international leadership development and executive
coaching company, headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Nila was a
senior business executive for over 30 years at several major corporations and
currently sits on several boards.
