                David Green
                David Green is an Assistant Solicitor in the Litigation Department of law firm Herbert Smith.


                Peter Grundberg
                Peter Grundberg is an Anglo-Swedish Associate with the  Worldwide Corporate Group of  Wilmer
                Cutler & Pickering, the international law firm. Based in Wilmer Cutler & Pickering’s London office,
                Peter specializes in corporate commercial work. He graduated from Corpus Christi College,
                Cambridge in 1996, and is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He is a regular contributor
                to various legal journals including Intellectual Property Lawyer and The Legal Mind.


                Rebecca Handler
                Rebecca Handler is an Assistant Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department of law firm Baker &
                McKenzie.


                Joanna Ludlam
                Joanna Ludlam is a litigation lawyer in the Media and Commercial Litigation practice at international
                law firm Clifford Chance. Joanna has worked on a number of high profile breach of confidence cases,
                the most notable of which was the defence of Dr Andrew Millar in a breach of confidence claim
                brought by British Biotech in 1999. Joanna also specializes in defamation.


                Rosalind McInnes
                Rosalind McInnes received her law degree and diploma from Glasgow University. She worked in
                Edinburgh as a commercial litigator in private practice for six years before joining the BBC from law
                firm Maclay Murray & Spens. Rosalind is the co-author of two books, Scots Law for Journalists (7th
                edition) and Contempt of Court in Scotland.


                Hugh Tomlinson QC
                Hugh Tomlinson QC is a Barrister at Matric Chambers in London. He is the author of a number of
                legal textbooks including Civil Actions against the Police (3rd Edn, 2002) and The Law of Human
                Rights (Oxford University Press, 2000). His areas of practice include defamation, privacy law and
                human rights. Hugh’s recent cases include Loutchansky v Times Newspapers, a leading case on the
                operation of Reynolds qualified privilege.


                John Wadham
                John Wadham is a Solicitor and the Director of Liberty (the National Council for Civil Liberties). He
                has acted for a large number of applicants in cases before the European Commission and European
                Court of Human Rights. John is the editor of  Your Rights: The Liberty Guides, the civil liberties
                section of the Penguin Guide to the Law and the case law reports for the European Human Rights Law
                Review. He is the author of Blackstone’s Guide to the Human Rights Act 1998 and Blackstone’s Guide
                to the Freedom of Information Act.
