This agreement confirms the understanding between us relating to the interview to be given
by you and transmitted and/or recorded by us (‘the interview’) which we propose but do not
undertake to broadcast, exhibit and/or otherwise exploit.

1. You agree to the recording and/or broadcasting and/or live relay of the interview and
hereby grant to us all consents necessary to enable us to make the fullest use of the
interview throughout the world in perpetuity by any and all means in any and all media,
whether now known or hereafter developed or discovered, without liability (save as
specifically hereinafter provided) or acknowledgement to you and the right to issue
publicity concerning the interview and for such purpose to use and reproduce your name
and photograph and recordings of the interview.

2. In recognition of the needs of film and television production, we shall be entitled to edit,
copy, add to, take from, adapt or translate the interview as we see fit and you irrevocably
waive the benefits of any provision of law known as ‘moral rights’ under the Copyright
Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any similar laws of any jurisdiction.

3. You warrant and undertake to us that you are fully entitled to give the interview to us and
that no contribution by you to the interview (whether by way of inflection or gesture or
otherwise) will infringe the copyright or any other right of any person, breach any
contract or duty of confidence, constitute a contempt of court, be defamatory or be
calculated to bring any broadcaster into disrepute.

4. [Optional clause] You undertake to us that you will not prior to ______________ give to
any person any interview or make, give or release any statement for publication by any
means or medium relating to [the subject matter of the interview].

5. [Optional clause] You agree to indemnify us against all and any costs, claims, expenses
and liabilities (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees resulting from breach
by you of any of the agreements, warranties and/or undertakings on your part contained
in this agreement.
