P roject 8-1: I Heart Pantographs
In this project, we’ll make the cardboard pantograph shown in Figure 8-8 and
experiment with drawing patterns with it.
Shopping List:
• Paper fasteners
• Cardboard
• Pens or markers
Recipe:
1. Cut out six strips of cardboard in equal lengths. The ones shown in Figure 8-8
are about 6 in long by 1 in wide.
2. Attach the cardboard strips to each other with the paper fasteners (see
Figure 8-8).
