                The coefficient,  cs , can be easily determined as following:
                            = 1 .O for symmetrical longitudinal stiffeners;
                      CS
                            = 1.41 for unsymmetrical longitudinal stiffeners with one-sided support.
                      CS
                      cs    = 1.12 for unsymmetrical longitudinal stiffeners with two-sided supports.
