                  view questions, let’s review some basic interview principles to
                  prepare for the job interview. If you understand interview goals
                  - both your goals and the likely goals of  the interviewer - and
          the process by which you both will attempt to reach these goals, you will
          be in a position to formulate your own dynamite answers to interview
          questions.  You’ll  also  better  understand  the  examples we  present  in
          subsequent chapters.

          Since your  goals  and  those  of  the  interviewer will  often Adiffer, it is
