Try to get a good night’s sleep the night before your interview. Do
your preparing ahead of time and get to bed at a decent hour so you will
be rested and can think clearly. Eat lightly - whether it be breakfast or
lunch - prior to your interview. You probably won’t be very hungry
anyway. By eating lightly, your energy can be focused on the interview
rather than used in the process of digesting food.
Avoid alcohol. It won’t calm your nerves, and it won’t help you answer
questions better - you’ll just think you have!
