P. 18
POSTSCRIPT
While this book has been in press, two papers have been published that I
would have referred to. There has been a stimulating discussion of Ekofisk
by Minturn (1982) concerning the geometrical interpretation of seismic reflec-
tion surveys. There has also been an interesting account of petroleum in base-
ment rocks by P’an Chung-Hsiang (1982) that includes descriptions of several
fields not mentioned in this book. There has also been a new edition of the
Geothermal Gradient Map of Southeast Asia, which I have not yet seen.
