If you have selected Gmail to send an e-mail, then you will be prompted to log in to
your Gmail account to grant access to its features—you only have to do this once, as the
log-in details will be saved for future recipes. The next step shows you a list of actions
that can be completed under that particular Web service. Gmail only allows you to send an
e-mail, and as such you can click this to proceed to the next step. In the next step you can
complete all the action fields, such as the e-mail address to send the e-mail to; you can
select up to five e-mail addresses, separating them by commas. You can also change the
subject of the e-mail as well as the content of the e-mail, and if you really want to, you can
upload a file to send as well, as shown in Figure 8.8.
