                          When an individual is more committed to an organization, does it follow that the person

                          is more committed to work goals as opposed to when the person is less committed
                          to the organization? Does type (e.g., affective, continuance, etc.) of organizational
                          commitment matter?

                        These and related questions should keep investigators busy for decades to come.
