In addition, risk burndown charts, similar to progress burndown charts, can be used to track the number of risks
identified, treated, and closed out; they can be displayed as visual charts for the project team. Information in a risk
register can be summarized in a risk profile. According to ISO/IEC/IEEE Standard 16085 [41], the project risk profile
includes the risk management context, a record of each risk’s current and historical state and priority, and all of the
risk action requests. The risk action state includes the probability, consequences, and risk threshold for the risk.
