Our objective is to push the percentage of those who make it even
higher and to push higher the contribution level of those individuals.
Invest in creating an environment that stimulates rapid adaptation and
direction and the organization will benefit. Worry slightly less about hir-
ing for fit (it is really hard to do anyway), and worry slightly more about
providing the conditions and stimulus for the newly arrived to thrive.
