                         build a staff of people whose attitudes reflect the culture you’re trying to build.
                         Avoid culture by default. Design a culture instead.



                       3. Try asking the question of job candidates, “Are you nice?” The way they answer
                         the question—and how long it takes them to come up with an example—might

                         tell you everything you need to know.
